We offer to carry out, on our own premises, fixed-price projects, in other words projects with a commitment on results.

The Team:

Our experts and managers will break down our customer’s specifications into several work packages and will estimate the necessary workload (on a man-per-day basis).

Once the workload for design, development, tests etc. has been agreed upon between CELAD and the customer, an operational team will be set up.

That team is led by one of our Project Managers, together with our Technical Supervisors, Quality Engineers or various Experts from CELAD competence centers.

These experts will intervene on the project on a regular basis or whenever requested by the project team.

Quality:

As part of “Fixed price” projects, services offered by CELAD are carried out under coverage of the Quality Insurance. They are to be carried out in accordance with the CELAD Quality System (Level 2/3 equivalent CMMi-type system).

Project follow-up is performed through quality indicators (both qualitative and quantitative).

These indicators are analyzed in order to:

• List all requirements (functional or technical ones)
• Identify causes for any malfunction
• Suggest actions for improvement
• Acknowledge compliance between the required service and the service actually delivered.

The indicators are analyzed together with the customer during follow-up meetings. Selection of new indicators and fine-tuning of assessing levels may be amended during said meetings.

Our processes are challenged and fine-tuned for every project, according to each customer’s specific context and specific rules in the organization.

Standard processes are devised, maintained and supported and their application is controlled through a Process Group: Technical supervisors/Quality Supervisors.

Every project aims at capitalizing its experience and collectively improving the global experience capital.

V-Methodology

Our fixed-price projects can be carried-out, depending on the type of project:

• Either using to the V-methodology
• Or in compliance with the “AGILE” methods

Design and realization of the software will be carried out according to CELAD’s Method standards.

This method is based on a “V-shaped” development cycle as recommended by AFNOR and consists of the following work phases :

AGILE methodologies

They vary depending on teams and grow increasingly mature with time, that’s why it may be useful to start with a larger vision for the transition of a prescriptive methodology.

What follows is an AGILE methodology that uses familiar processing steps as well as incorporates specific AGILE principles and practices that cover four phases.
